Dr. Lyn Redington currently serves as the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Idaho State University. Dr. Redington has created targeted programs to support the orientation for, and retention of, professional staff joining her campus community. She has significant experience with recruiting and on-boarding, having served in a supervisory capacity for more than 25 years.
