At the University of Michigan, faculty and staff members can tap into a variety of health and well-being programs/services as part of the MHealthy initiative. Topics range from Nutrition to Ergonomics Awareness, Financial Well-Being, Health Conditions and more. And members are allowed the flexibility to choose their own well-being path by focusing on their primary goals.
MHealthy is part of the unversity’s overall U-M Health and Well-Being Services, including Mental Health Counseling and Consultation Services and Child and Family Care. Upcoming workshops include a first-time homebuyers course to help those in the process navigate their journey. Podcasts include topics such as Mental Health and Building Resilience, offering practical tools to tackle burnout, stress and isolation.
