Ashley Ciccolini Erickson currently serves as the Associate Director of Student Accessibility Services (SAS) at Florida Atlantic University.

She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Florida Atlantic University. She has worked in the disability services field for over 10 years and has operated on both small and large campuses. This has given her the perspective and understanding of how a one-person office functions versus a larger office and allowed her to work with non-traditional and traditional students.

Ashley facilitates the Southeast Consortium Group and is a member of Florida AHEAD and National AHEAD. In her current role as Associate Director, Ashley is a part of the SAS Leadership team, supervises the Accessibility Coordinators, and works with a caseload of students. Ashley also reviews each incoming student file and documentation to determine eligibility for services.
