PresenterPhotoBrandi Williams is currently the Director of Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinator in the Office of Institutional Equity (OEI) at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She has completed the UGA Fanning Institute training to become a certified general/civil mediator for the state of Georgia and is a certified life coach.

Brandi brings over twenty years of investigative, student conduct, Title IX and higher educational experience to OIE, and is responsible for supervising staff that investigate Title IX, Title VII, and Title IX claims.  She ensures compliance with applicable university policies and serves as an independent resource for both complainants and respondents in the Title IX investigative process.  She has completed the UGA Fanning Institute training to become a certified general/civil mediator for the state of Georgia and is a certified life coach.

Prior to joining OIE, Brandi help positions as assistant dean, assistant director, equity compliance investigator, and training and adjunct faculty/instructor at various higher educational institutions.  She holds a Master of Arts in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Slippery Rock University.
