Using her experience as a new esports athlete, Carin has worked diligently to create an inclusive and welcoming esports community where players of varying skill levels feel comfortable to be themselves and compete in esports at the collegiate level. She also provides leadership opportunities for individuals who do not necessarily wish to compete, but would still enjoy being a part of something greater than themselves.

Looking forward, Carin plans to continue to grow her program and build a community where esports athletes, regardless of skill, can find a sense of belonging and enjoy all of the comradery and leadership opportunities esports has to offer.
