Presenter Bio - Charlotte Salinas

Charlotte Salinas (she/her/hers) serves as the Assistant Director for Orientation Programs at Colorado State University.

Charlotte has worked for the past 10 years coordinating orientation programs. She has experience working at a midsized private urban institution and large state land grant universities. In her current role, Charlotte coordinates first-year and transfer orientation programs, supervises Orientation Leaders, and works with campus partners to create student-centered experiences at orientation. Charlotte also serves as an instructor for a first-year student leadership course and an education abroad first-year seminar.
