Christine Tripp serves as the Associate Dean of Transition Services at Eastern Florida State College (EFSC), where she oversees dual enrollment, career services, student recruitment, and enrollment marketing. 

She leads initiatives that expand access, streamline early college pathways, and strengthen student transitions across the institution. With more than a decade of progressive leadership experience in higher education, Christine is recognized for her expertise in process improvement, operational redesign, and cross-sector collaboration.

At EFSC, Christine provides administrative leadership for dual enrollment programs, guiding a comprehensive departmental reorganization that improved efficiency, clarified student pathways, and strengthened collaboration with Brevard Public Schools. These efforts expanded Early College participation, enhanced service delivery for students and families, and contributed to measurable enrollment growth.

Christine’s leadership extends statewide through her service with the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC), where she has served on both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, contributing to initiatives focused on enrollment management, student development, and Florida College System employee engagement.

She also serves on the Leadership Council for Take Stock in Children – Brevard, supporting the organization’s mission to break the cycle of poverty through education by providing academically qualified, low-income students with mentoring, college scholarships, and long-term support from middle school through postsecondary completion.

In addition to her administrative leadership, Christine is an adjunct instructor at EFSC, where she has taught courses in Business Management as well as Discover Your Major and Career, further grounding her work in student development, career exploration, and academic success.

Prior to her current role, Christine held leadership positions overseeing student recruitment, admissions, advising, student services, and enrollment communications, where she strengthened the prospect-to-enrollment pipeline and reinforced a student-centered service culture.

Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Enrollment Management. Her leadership approach is grounded in data-informed decision-making, collaborative problem-solving, and a commitment to equitable student success.
