Colette Sterling (She/Her/Hers) currently serves as the Assistant Director for Colorado State University’s Office of Parent and Family Programs.

Colette has worked for CSU’s PFP office for several years in multiple roles, engaging with the Parent and Family Board, instituting programming, infusing CSU’s PFP office at the core with DEIJ theory and active practice, engaging in active assessment, and serving all the needs of CSU’s thousands of parents, family members, and student support networks. Colette received her Masters of Science in Students Affairs in Higher Education from CSU in 2022, and has also focused on the role art, social justice, and trauma play in healing and finding new potentials in activism.
