Presenter Bio - Colette Sterling
Colette Sterling currently serves as the Assistant Director for Colorado State University’s Office of Parent and Family Programs.
Colette has worked for Colorado State University’s Parent and Family Programs (PFP) Office for several years in multiple roles, engaging with the Parent and Family Board, instituting programming, infusing CSU’s PFP office at the core with DEIJ theory and active practice, engaging in active assessment, and serving all the needs of CSU’s thousands of parents, family members, and student support networks. She also serves as the Staff Advisor for Alpha Sigma Kappa, Women and Gender Expansive Students in STEM (a technical studies sorority). One of her core passion areas is the intersections of art, trauma, social justice, and liberation and how it crosses paths for both students and student affairs professionals.
