PresenterPhotoColette Sterling is a second year candidate in the Student Affairs in Higher Education program at Colorado State University.

Colette’s main role on campus is as the Graduate Assistant for CSU’s Parent and Family Programs office, with a secondary role as a Chapter Graduate Advisor for CSU’s Fraternity and Sorority Life Office. She is a CSU Alum who has held a passion for equity, liberation, and identity work in higher education for the last several years, which includes how all three forms of social justice intersect with the functional area of Parent and Family Support. She is actively engaged with supporting parents and family members from many different backgrounds with finding community at CSU, and seeing them through their transitions from the moment they have their orientation session, up through their student’s graduation. She is on track to graduate from the SAHE program in May of 2022.
