Courtney McGonagle currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Accessibility Services (SAS) at the Boca Raton and Broward Campuses of Florida Atlantic University.

She received her bachelor's degree in education from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Brockport and a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. She has worked in the disability services field for over 10 years and has found significant passion in both the student focused and administrative sides of disability services.

Courtney serves as Assistant Director of both Boca Raton and Broward Campuses. Courtney is part of the SAS Leadership Team, is part of the Southeast Consortium Group and is a member of Florida AHEAD and National AHEAD. In her role as Assistant Director, Courtney supervises the SAS front office area, which includes fulltime Testing and Front Office Administrative Staff. Courtney also assists in overseeing SAS Student Workers and Graduate Assistants as needed.
