Presenter Bio - Dr. Bonnie Taylor
Dr. Bonnie J. Taylor is a knowledgeable student conduct, student affairs, and higher education administration consultant, with over 19 years of experience in developing leaders in the higher education space. She most recently served as the Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA.
She has a strong background in leadership development, coaching, team building, skill development, career planning, and strategic planning. Dr. Taylor held leadership roles in a variety of senior level capacities in student conduct and student affairs, including Dean of Students and Director of Student Conduct. Her experience includes student conduct administration, stabilizing departments through challenges and critical intersections of change; creating critical partnerships and shaping company culture; serving as an expert in crafting policy, procedure, and process for organization- wide systems; and streamlining systems and processes to increase efficacy.

Dr. Taylor holds a doctorate in education from East Tennessee State University, a master of business administration from King University and a bachelor's degree in ditch communication from Muskingum University.
Bonnie is originally from Akron, OH and currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her family. She enjoys reading, traveling, attending concerts, and volunteering with organizations focused on empowering disenfranchised populations.
