Dr. Bridgette Cram currently serves as Vice President of Academic Affairs: Student Success Operations and Integrated Planning at Florida International University.

In this role, she provides leadership in aligning division goals to the university strategic plan while cultivating partnerships across various units, programs, and external partners. She focuses on developing programs and partnerships designed to ensure learners have the skills they need to be successful; providing strategic guidance for 21st Century Workforce Initiatives, including the development of industry partnerships and work-learn-earn models to promote career readiness.

Dr. Cram also leads the divisions of enrollment management services, the Center for Community Impact and Public Purpose, the Office of Analysis and Information Management, and the Student Athlete Academic Center. In addition, she leads the central student success strategy and operations office for the university, focused on the retention and graduation of FIU students.

Additionally, she serves as the FIU liaison with several external networks, such as the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities and the Consortium of Urban and Metropolitan Universities. She is the FIU Operational Lead for the Florida Consortium of Metropolitan Research Universities.

Dr. Cram holds a doctor of philosophy in public affairs from Florida International University and a master of arts in higher education and bachelor of arts in Spanish and international affairs from Florida State University.
