Dr. Gregory J. (Greg) Nayor currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Daemen University in Amherst, NY. 

In this capacity, Dr. Nayor provides leadership to all areas of student affairs, enrollment management, marketing and communications, and over-arching strategic initiatives for the University. Additionally, Dr. Nayor serves as associate faculty in the Master of Science of Education (MSHE) program at Penn State University.  Dr. Nayor is also a Senior Consultant with Azdell-Morgan Organizational Management Solutions, LLC., a consulting firm that specializes in Campus Safety and Administrative on-site evaluation projects that include training of institutional personnel.

An energetic and innovative leader, Dr. Nayor has over 20 years of professional experience in higher education, serving on various committees and organizations, including a 3-year term as president of the Virginia Association of College and University Housing Officers (VACUHO), faculty for the NASPA AVP Institute, Chair of the NASPA Region II Mid-Managers Institute, and was named one of Buffalo Business Firsts 40 under 40 for 2018.  Dr. Nayor has presented at the state, regional and national level on topics ranging from student retention to campus safety and conduct. 

Dr. Nayor holds a BA in History and Secondary Education and a Master’s in Education from the State University of New York (SUNY) - College at Potsdam, as well as an earned doctorate (Ph.D.) from the University of Virginia in Higher Education administration.
