Presenter Bio - Dr. Jared Brown

Dr. Jared Brown currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs – Assessment and Instruction at Montgomery County Community College.

Dr. Brown is a native of Pennsylvania, born and raised in Bellefonte.  He attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication studies.  He attained his doctorate degree in Higher Education Leadership from Wilmington University in Delaware.

With over twenty years of experience in higher education, he has worked at Penn State University and Westchester University.  He continues to serve as an Adjunct Professor at Delaware County Community College, where he teaches interpersonal communication and public speaking courses.  He also teaches in the Masters of Higher Education program at Wilmington University.
