Presenter Bio - Dr. Judy Robles

Dr. Judith Robles is currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Students at Arizona State University.

For more than a decade, Judith has worked at Arizona State University supporting first-generation students and their families by providing direction, guidance, and mentorship on their pathway to higher education. Judith earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in English Literature from Arizona State University, a Master’s degree in Higher and Postsecondary Education, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Her autoethnographic dissertation is titled, “Nosotras Somos la Diferencia. Reclaiming Our Identities as First-Generation Latina Professionals in Higher Education.”  

Judith is also a mom of five, all of which are college graduates, and nana to seven grandsons.
