Presenter Bio - Dr. Kimberly Fuller
Kimberly Fuller, Ph.D, LISW-S, CST (they/she) is an Associate Professor and BSW Director at Cleveland State University, an AASECT-certified sex therapist, and is the owner of Cleveland Sex & Intimacy Counseling, a sex-positive mental health practice.
They are a graduate of Widener University’s Human Sexuality Studies and Social Work program. Dr. Fuller teaches courses on clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, human sexuality in social work practice, and diversity.
Dr. Fuller’s research focuses on the relationships of LGBTQ+ people with their families, significant others, supportive people, and systems. They are also creating a sex education curriculum with a social justice foundation that centers the needs of LGBTQ+ youth.
Their mental health practice addresses the Northeast Ohio community’s needs to discuss relationships and sexuality. Dr. Fuller’s practice writes over 100 hundred letters a year for gender affirming surgeries for individuals across Ohio.
