Presenter Bio - Dr. Mindy S. Kole

Dr. Mindy S. Kole is an Associate Professor of Business at State University New York Ulster in Stone Ridge, New York.

She teaches and develops curriculum in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Management, Leadership and Business Ethics. She has worked with faculty and staff to implement SUNY Ulster’s Micro-Credential program with the support of the SUNY guidelines. Dr. Kole was recently part of a team that developed SUNY Ulster’s New Start for Women program, designed to help women in Ulster County with economic challenges to come back to school, earn a one-year business certificate, as well as skills and professional network needed for living wage employment and economic mobility. She is an entrepreneur, founding and operated The Marketing Development, LLC, a marketing and advertising company that served small and medium sized businesses located throughout the Hudson Valley from 1996 – 2016. She earned her PhD in Organizational Management and Management Education at Capella University in 2016 and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
