Eliana Guzman currently serves as the Associate Director of Innovative Education and Student Success, overseeing the development and support of Micro-Credentials university wide.

Under her leadership, the office of Micro-Credentials has awarded more than 20,000 credentials and created over 120 badges across campus. She is dedicated to implementing robust processes and procedures, resulting in the establishment of a highly efficient operation that continues to expand. With over a decade in higher education, Eliana also leads strategic projects that align with FIU's goals, emphasizing the enhancement of post-graduation success and the overall student experience.

As an alumna of Florida International University, she earned her Master of Science degree in International and Intercultural Education. Her academic pursuits focused on the internationalization of higher education, cross-cultural communication and exchange, international development, and educational policy.
