Erin Maharaj is a dedicated career services professional currently serving as the Assistant Director and Liaison to the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters at the Florida Atlantic University Career Center.

With a strong academic foundation, Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Sociology. She later expanded her expertise by obtaining a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently pursuing a second graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, underscoring her dedication to understanding and supporting diverse student needs.

With a professional background spanning talent acquisition, human resources, and early learning education, Erin brings a wealth of experience to her work to provide individualized career guidance. Her diverse career history enables her to connect with students on multiple levels, providing insights into the job market and strategies for navigating professional challenges.
