She invests in informal, co-created experiences that meet students where they are, helping them connect in ways that fit their needs.

She works to give students opportunities to step out of their comfort zones, build relationships, and develop valuable skills. By collaborating with faculty, staff, and student leaders, she helps build a culture of support and inclusion, ensuring that every student has the resources they need to succeed.
Outside of her professional role, Harley enjoys practicing mindfulness and leading guided meditation. Her passion for community and fostering meaningful connections drives her work, helping students thrive at Randolph-Macon College.
