Hillary Giddings currently serves as a Communications and Engagement Strategist at Towson University in Towson, Maryland.

Hillary Giddings is an experienced communications strategist who specializes in targeted communications, program management and stakeholder engagement initiatives in higher education. Her involvement in the management of Towson University’s Commencement ceremonies sparked a passion for creating and cultivating experiences uniquely tailored to the diverse audiences and participants involved in these milestone occasions.

Highly organized with a laser-focus on details, Hillary’s areas of specialty include strategic internal and external communication planning and data and informational resource management.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resource development from Towson University.
