Presenter Bio - Jennifer Tabacco

Jennifer Tabacco is the Director of Threat Assessment at Old Dominion University.

Jennifer has worked in the behavior response and intervention space for over ten years. She is a certified Threat Manager through the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. She currently works at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA where she successfully advocated for the establishment of the University’s Office of Threat Assessment. This initiative transitioned threat assessment from an administrative function of the police department to a dedicated unit within ODU’s broader Public Safety division and she is honored to be named the University’s first Director of Threat Assessment.
