PresenterPhotoJessi Sheridan is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority whose headquarters resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She brings significant industry experience and a passion for women's leadership to the organizations she serves. After graduating from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Jessi traveled as a Leadership Consultant for her membership organization, Alpha Gamma Delta International Fraternity. She went on to Florida State University where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration and served as the Graduate Assistant for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, advising the Panhellenic and Multicultural Greek Councils.  

Following her time at Florida State, Jessi served as the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at both Lehigh and Villanova Universities and the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for LaunchPoint, a coaching and consulting startup focused on recruitment and growth within fraternity and sorority communities and national organizations. 

At Delta Phi Epsilon, Jessi is responsible for leading and championing the overall operations of the international organization enterprise. Her attention is focused on developing innovative methods to generate membership growth and provide a meaningful and valuable experience for all members. Her priority is to ensure that the infrastructure, initiatives, programs, policies, processes and procedures are ever-evolving to meet the needs of the organization’s 70,000 stakeholders.

Jessi dedicates much of her time to the fraternity and sorority industry by volunteering through various organizations including the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors, where she served on the Board of Directors, and the Fraternity Executives Association.

Jessi lives with her husband and one year old daughter in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is incredibly involved within the Philadelphia business community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Live Work Philadelphia, a resident attraction organization, focused on bringing a more diverse middle class to the region.
