Presenter Bio - Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones, an Associate Attorney in the Wilmington, Delaware office of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, is a litigator who assists a wide range of businesses, primary and post-secondary schools, and other entities with compliance related issues (including compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the ADA), employment and labor matters likely to impact operations or lead to negative media attention, and a wide-range of other legal issues affecting colleges, universities, and K-12 schools.

Jessica’s dismissal policy work is informed by her experience assisting colleges and universities with the drafting and implementation of involuntary dismissal/removal policies.
