Jody Donovan currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at Colorado State University.

In this role, Jody supervises the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life, Orientation and Transition Programs, Parent & Family Programs, the Fostering Success Program, Support and Safety Assessment and the Division of Student Affairs Technology. Jody also coordinates and collaborates on a number of campus-wide and Division of Student Affairs initiatives focused on student success. Jody served as Dean of Students from 2011 to 2022 at Colorado State University and Acting Title IX Coordinator for Colorado State University from March 2019-April 2020. Jody earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership at the University of Northern Colorado, received her master’s degree in Counseling and College Student Development at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
