Presenter Bio - Lisa Cardello
Lisa Cardello, EdS, LAC, NCC is the Executive Director of Career Preparation and Experiential Learning at Rowan College at Bulington County.
In this role, Lisa provides strategic direction for a newly established office that supports a diverse population of students in all phases of career development. She is also an adjunct professor and teaches graduate-level career counseling and assessment courses.
She is passionate about career counseling and workforce development. She is a past presidents of the New Jersey Career Development Association and current participant in the National Career Development Association’s Counselor Educator Academy, a program that is committed to furthering the field of career counseling by identifying best practice to prepare the next generation of career counselors.
Her bachelor’s degree in Education and master’s degree in Counseling were both earned at The College of New Jersey, an Educational Specialist (EdS) degree in Counseling Services from Rider University and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Counseling and Supervision from Kean University. She is a National Certified Counselor, Board Certified Coach, Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey, and certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner.
