Rebecca Goldstein currently serves as the Director of Assessment and Research in the Division of Student Affairs at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
In this role, she works with 24 departments to coordinate assessment efforts, lead strategic planning, develop dashboards, and she serves on divisional committees. She also coordinates assessment training for the division at all levels of staffing, including survey building, goal setting, and strategic planning.
She earned her Master’s in Higher Education Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and her Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Indiana University. Her current research interests include big data and student affairs and using assessment results to effect positive change.
