Dr. Sara Weinstein currently serves as Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life at Randolph-Macon College located in Ashland Virginia.

During her career, Sara has worked in a variety of areas within Student Affairs that all focus on student engagement. Sara has overseen the Resident Assistant program at two different institutions and enjoys having the opportunity to create leadership opportunities on campus to those interested.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mary Washington, a Master of Education from the University of Houston – Victoria and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
