Presenter Bio - Tara Cunningham

Tara Cunningham currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Ocean County College and the CEO of Beyond-Impact. She is an accomplished educator and thought leader in disability and neurodiversity inclusion.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from the Whitaker School of Government and Management and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Stanford University. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Ocean County College, Tara integrates real-world case studies into her courses, emphasizing critical thinking and ethical decision-making.

A multi-published author, Tara’s works include contributions to the Neurodiversity@Work Playbook: Federal Edition and chapters in Evidence-based Organizational Practices for Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity. Her innovative approaches to inclusive education and employment have been featured in various academic and professional publications.

Through her leadership at Beyond-Impact, Tara partners with Fortune 500 companies to enhance inclusive employment practices and influence public policy. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, represented by the Harry Walker Agency, and has presented at numerous high-profile conferences and institutions, including the United Nations.
