Navigate Accommodation Requests To Overcome Access Barriers
Veterans and their families encounter unique challenges and potential VA educational benefit barriers during their higher education journey – particularly disabled Veterans. Limited knowledge, resources, and support by institutional faculty, staff, and administration can sometimes be insufficient for the growing number of military affiliated students attending post-secondary education.
Gather your colleagues who work with military affiliated students and join us for this interactive webinar on September 15, 2025, when our expert presenter will highlight the unique challenges Veterans and their families encounter and how this may impact achieving their educational goals. Learn how specific military status may impact medical documentation sources for Veterans seeking ADA/Section 504 reasonable accommodations and ways to remove biases and boost support services for these students.
Exceed the unique academic, social and career goals of your veterans and military-connected students through your reasonable accommodations process. Equip your frontline faculty and staff with the resources they need to be advocates to help champion them every step of their educational journey!
