At UNC Charlotte, human resources offers employees in-person, interactive Unleash Your Niner Potential workshops. The topics are designed to tackle difficult workplace challenges such as: maximizing productivity with effective strategies and AI tools, time management, effective decision-making, digital communication, successful meetings, emotional intelligence, being a good team player, conflict resolution, effective networking, mentorship and self-accountability.
Most workshops – which run about an hour – are offered multiple times throughout the semester. Different times are available during the workday that employees can register for.
