Members of the Marquette University (WI) community experiencing heightened stress due to the 2024 general election can tap into various resources, from a De-Stress Fest to tea and snacks, campus masses and more. A Narrative 4 post-election story exchange designed to help participants find community and commonality will also be held after the election.
The De-Stress Fest will be hosted by the Office of Inclusion and Belonging during First-Gen Week, allowing students to take part in de-stressor activities and speak with staff members. Marquette’s sacred spaces will also be open for prayer, reflection and peacefulness. All other campus resources will be made available to help campus community members contend with the stress of elections as well as the aftermath.
